The story of our journey in contracting dates back over 77 years when Frank DeLeo's father and uncles established a family business in heavy construction. From building critical infrastructure like I-95 to installing city sanitation and storm lines, their work laid the groundwork for the communities we know today.

As decades passed, the business evolved into residential home development. It was during this transformative period that Frank DeLeo began to immerse himself in the family trade. He honed his skills and learned to manage projects from the ground up—literally—from excavation to roofing.

After dedicating many years to the family business and gaining invaluable experience, Frank decided to embark on a new chapter. He founded his own company, FJ DeLeo & Co LLC, focusing on new home construction, renovation, and home improvement. With decades of experience spanning a wide array of projects, Frank's expertise in new home construction became unparalleled. He also acquired extensive knowledge in specialized areas, such as house lifts in flood zones and high-end home construction supervision alongside prominent local custom home builders.
