The passion for contracting began with his father and uncles establishing a family business over 70 years ago in heavy construction.
The company was closely involved in the early development of Stamford and lower Fairfield Country. This included crucial infrastructure projects such as the construction of I-95 and the installation of city sanitation and storm lines.
As the decades passed, the business evolved into residential home development. The primary focus shifted to subdivision and new home construction, which is where his involvement began.
He gained exposure and came to fully understand how to manage projects that spanned everything from excavation to roofing, eventually taking lead roles. After being a part of the family business for many years, he decided to start his own new home construction, renovation, and home improvement company.
During his tenure with the family business and time spent on his own, he amassed decades of experience in a wide breadth of projects. While his area of expertise lies in new home construction, he also developed knowledge and experience in house lifts in a flood zone and project supervision in high-end home construction, working with prominent local custom home builders. Throughout his life in the residential home industry, he has always been committed to producing a quality product efficiently with high levels of customer satisfaction.
